National Research Corporation (NRCIA/NRCIB) will raise its quarterly dividend from $0.06 to $0.08 per share (for the A-shares). Also a $0.36 special dividend will be paid (A-class shares).

National Research Corporation (NASDAQ:NRCIA and NRCIB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of thirty-six cents ($0.36) per Class A share and two dollars and sixteen cents ($2.16) per Class B share of common stock to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, December 31, 2015, and payable on Friday, January 15, 2016.

In addition, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 (eight cents) per Class A share and $.48 (forty-eight cents) per Class B share will be payable Friday, January 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, December 31, 2015.
