Wal-Mart Stores hikes dividend by 2%

Dividend Aristocrat Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) will raise its dividend by two percent to $0.50 per share quarterly in 2016. This marks the 43rd consecutive year of dividend increases for Wal-Mart.

The new dividend is payable on April 4, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2016.
