Ennis Inc (EBF) will pay a $1.50 per share special dividend. In addition, and in connection with the recent sale of the Apparel Segment, the Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per share on its common stock.

Both dividends are payable August 8, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2016.
