Middlesex Water Company (MSEX) will raise its quarterly dividend by 6.3 percent to $0.21125 per share in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The dividend is payable on December 1, 2016 to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2016. The provider of regulated and unregulated water and wastewater utility services in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania currently has an estimated dividend yield of 2.3%.

“This declaration represents the 44th consecutive year we have raised the dividend,” said Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis W. Doll.  “We’re pleased to share continued success with our shareholders. This action demonstrates our ongoing commitment to deliver improving shareholder value.”
