Universal Health Realty Income Trust hikes dividend by 0.8%

Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 0.8 percent to $0.655 per share.

The increased dividend will be paid on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2016.
