Parker Hannifin (PH) will increase its quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to $0.66 per share in 2017. The dividend is payable March 3, 2017 to shareholders of record as of February 10, 2017.

Its the first dividend increase for the industrial company in more than two years, with the prior dividend increase dating back to October 2014.

In the early days, the company built pneumatic brake systems for trucks, trains, buses and industrial machinery, as well as leak-free fittings for the pioneers of aviation.
