McGrath RentCorp hikes dividend by 2%

McGrath RentCorp (MGRC) will raise its quarterly dividend to $0.26 per share.

The cash dividend will be payable on April 28, 2017 to all shareholders of record on April 14, 2017. This marks the 25th consecutive year the Company has increased its annual dividend.

McGrath RentCorp is a diversified business-to-business rental company. The company’s Mobile Modular division rents and sells modular buildings to fulfill customers’ temporary and permanent classroom and office space needs. The company’s TRS-RenTelco division rents and sells electronic test equipment and the company’s Adler Tank Rentals subsidiary rents and sells containment solutions for hazardous and nonhazardous liquids and solids.
