Extended Stay America hikes dividend by 10.5%

Extended Stay America (STAY) and its subsidiary, ESH Hospitalities, Inc., today announced that their Boards of Directors have declared a combined cash distribution of $0.21 per Paired Share for the first quarter of 2017.

This includes a distribution of $0.14 per share payable to ESH Hospitality, Inc.’s Class A and Class B common shareholders and a distribution of $0.07 per share payable to Extended Stay America, Inc.’s common shareholders. The distributions will be payable on May 25, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2017.

Extended Stay America, Inc. is an integrated owner/operator of Company-branded hotels in North America. The Company operates in hotel operations segment. The Company's business operates in the extended stay sector of the lodging industry.
