Investors Title (ITIC) will raise its quarterly dividend to $0.35 per share.

The increased dividend is payable June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2017.

“The decision to increase the cash dividend for a second time within twelve months is consistent with the Company’s plans to return capital to shareholders, and reflects the Board’s and management’s confidence in the Company’s strategy and ability to continue to generate sustainable cash flow,” said J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company.

Investors Title Company is engaged in the business of issuing and underwriting title insurance policies. The Company also provides services in connection with tax-deferred exchanges of like-kind property as well as investment management services to individuals, companies, banks and trusts.
