Innovative Industrial Properties initiates dividend

Innovative Industrial Properties (IIPR) will start paying a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share in 2017. Earlier this year the cannabis facitilies REIT had its initial public offering.

The first ever common stock dividend is payable on July 14, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017. The ex-date for this dividend is May 30, 2017.
