Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) will raise its quarterly dividend to $0.63 per share. This marks the 50th consecutive annual dividend increase for the company. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, September 1, 2017.
