Investors Title hikes dividend by 14.3%

Investors Title (ITIC) will raise its quarterly dividend to $0.40 per share. The new dividend is payable September 15, 2017. Its the second dividend increase this year.

“The decision to increase the cash dividend over the prior quarter reflects the Board’s and management’s confidence in the Company’s strategy and ability to continue to generate sustainable cash flow,” said J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company.

Investors Title Company is engaged in the business of issuing and underwriting title insurance policies. The Company also provides services in connection with tax-deferred exchanges of like-kind property as well as investment management services to individuals, companies, banks and trusts.
