Genesis Energy (GEL) will cut its quarterly distribution from $0.7225 to $0.50 per unit in the fourth quarter of 2017. With this a 14 year record of annual distribution increases will be coming to an end.

The lower distribution will be paid on November 14, 2017, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2017.
