Insurance and financial planning company Lincoln National (LNC) will raise its quarterly dividend by 13.8 percent to $0.33 per share in the first quarter of 2018.

The increased dividend will be paid on February 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on January 10, 2018. The new dividend yield for LNC is 1.7%.

Lincoln National Corporation is a holding company, which operates multiple insurance and retirement businesses through subsidiary companies. Through its business segments, the company sells wealth protection, accumulation and retirement income products and solutions.
