Investors Title (ITIC) will pay a special dividend of $2.40 per share in 2017. Earlier this year the insurer hiked its regular quarterly dividend by a total of 100.0 percent to 40 cents per share.

The special dividend of $2.40 per share will be paid December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2017.

Investors Title Company is engaged in the business of issuing and underwriting title insurance policies. The Company also provides services in connection with tax-deferred exchanges of like-kind property as well as investment management services to individuals, companies, banks and trusts.
