C&F Financial hikes dividend by 3%

C&F Financial (CFFI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 3 percent to 0.34 per share in the fourth quarter of 2017. The new dividend yield for CFFI is 2.3%. In 2016 the dividend was raised by 3.1 percent.

The increased dividend is payable January 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2017.

C&F Financial Corporation is a bank holding company, operating through its subsidiary, Citizens and Farmers Bank (the Bank or C&F Bank), an independent commercial bank. The company engages in a range of lending activities, including residential mortgage lending and non-prime automobile lending. CFFI also has mortgage banking and consumer finance activities.
