Kite Realty hikes dividend by 5%

Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG) will raise its quarterly dividend by five percent to $0.3175 per share in the first quarter of 2018. The new dividend yield for KRG is 6.6%.

This distribution will be paid on or about January 12, 2018, to shareholders of record as of January 5, 2018.
