Universal Health Realty Income Trust hikes dividend by 0.8%

Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 0.8 percent to $0.665 per share in the fourth quarter of 2017. It’s the second dividend increase this year by the real estate investment trust.

The increased dividend is payable on December 29, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 18, 2017.The new dividend yield for UHT is 3.6%.
