W. P. Carey (WPC) will raise its quarterly dividend by 0.5 percent to $1.01 per share in the fourth quarter of 2017. The new dividend yield for WPC is 5.7%.

Including the previous dividend hikes this year W.P. Carey has now raised its dividend by exactly 2 percent in 2017, following a 2.6% dividend hike in 2016. The dividend is payable on January 16, 2018 to stockholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
