Saul Centers hikes dividend by 2%

Saul Centers, Inc. (BFS) will raise its quarterly dividend by 2 percent to $0.52 per share in the first quarter of 2018. The company hiked its dividend two times last year, with a total dividend growth of 18.6 percent in 2016.
