Extended Stay America hikes dividend by 4.8%

Extended Stay America (STAY) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to $0.22 per share in the second quarter of 2018. Last year the dividend was increased from $0.19 to $0.21 quarterly.

The next dividend will be paid on May 25, 2018 to shareholders of record on May 11, 2018. The new dividend yield for the company is 4.5% and 2018 will mark the 4th consecutive year of higher dividend payments for STAY.
