Innospec (IOSP) will raise its semi-annual dividend by 12.8 percent to $0.44 per share in the second quarter of 2018. Last year the dividend was hiked twice by a total of $0.05 to $0.39 per share in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The next dividend will be paid on May 31, 2018, to shareholders on the record at May 21, 2018. The new dividend yield for IOSP is 1.2% and 2018 marks the 5th consecutive year of dividend increases.

“We are pleased that our Board has approved a further 15 percent increase in our semi-annual dividend to 44 cents per share, which will be the ninth consecutive time that we have increased our dividend.  Our strategy remains on track and we feel confident of our prospects for the rest of 2018 and beyond.”
