Universal Health Realty Income Trust hikes dividend by 0.8%

Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 0.8 percent to $0.67 per share in the second quarter of 2018.

The REIT has now raised its dividend for 31 consecutive years.

The increased dividend will be paid on July 3, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 25, 2018..The new dividend yield for UHT is 4.3%. Last year the company raised its dividend by 1.5 percent.

Universal Health Realty Income Trust, a real estate investment trust, invests in healthcare and human service related facilities including acute care hospitals, behavioral healthcare facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute care facilities, surgery centers, childcare centers and medical office buildings.
