Antero Midstream GP LP (AMGP) will raise its quarterly distribution by another 15.7 percent to $0.125 per unit in Q3 of 2018. The MLP initiated its distribution last July. This year the distribution has been hiked by a total of 111.9 percent.

The distribution is AMGP's fourth consecutive quarterly distribution increase since its initial public offering in May 2017 and will be payable on August 22, 2018 to shareholders of record as of August 2, 2018. The new annual distribution rate of $0.50 per unit yields 2.6% at a stock price of $19.22.

AMGP is a Delaware limited partnership that owns the general partner of Antero Midstream and incentive distribution rights in Antero Midstream. Antero Midstream is a limited partnership that owns, operates and develops midstream gathering, compression, processing and fractionation assets as well as integrated water assets that primarily service Antero Resources Corporation's properties located in West Virginia and Ohio.
