Penske Automotive hikes dividend by 2.8%

Penske Automotive Group (PAG) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 2.8 percent to $0.37 per share in the fourth quarter of 2018. This marks the transportation services company’s fourth dividend increase YTD.

The increased dividend is payable on December 4, 2018, to shareholders of record on November 12, 2018. The ex-date for this next dividend of 37 cents is November 8, 2018.

Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "Our Board of Directors are pleased to offer our shareholders an increase in the quarterly dividend for the 30(th) consecutive quarter. The increase in the dividend reflects our commitment to increasing returns for shareholders and reinforces the continued confidence we have in our ability to grow our company's diversified transportation services business model."
