Phillips 66 Partners hikes distribution by 5.3%

Phillips 66 Partners LP (PSXP) will raise its quarterly distribution by another 5.3 percent to $0.792 per unit in the fourth quarter of 2018.

This third-quarter distribution is payable November 13, 2018, to unitholders of record as of October 31, 2018. The ex-date for this next payment of 79.2 cents is October 30. The new annual distribution yields 6.2% at a price of $51.40 for PSXP.

The distribution increase is consistent with previous guidance that the partnership expects a 30 percent compound annual distribution growth rate from the last quarter of 2013 through 2018. This is the twentieth consecutive quarterly distribution increase since Phillips 66 Partners’ initial public offering in 2013.
