Universal Health Realty Income Trust hikes dividend by 0.7%

Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 0.7 percent to $0.675 per share in the fourth quarter of 2018. The REIT has raised its dividend for 31 consecutive years.

The next dividend will be paid on December 31, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 19, 2018. This marks the second dividend increase by UHT this year.

A new annualized dividend rate of $2.70 per share yields 3.8% at a stock price of $70.72.

Universal Health Realty Income Trust, a real estate investment trust, invests in healthcare and human service related facilities including acute care hospitals, behavioral healthcare facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute care facilities, surgery centers, childcare centers and medical office buildings.
