First Industrial Realty hikes dividend by 5.7%

First Industrial Realty Trust (FR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5.7 percent to $0.23 per share in the first quarter of 2019. The real estate investment trust has now increased its dividend 6 consecutive years.

The next dividend is payable on April 15, 2019 to stockholders of record on March 29, 2019. A new annualized dividend rate of 92 cents yields 2.7% at a stock price of $33.91.
