Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (WH) will raise its quarterly dividend by 16.0 percent to $0.29 per share in 2019. This is the first dividend increase since WH started a 25 cent per share quarterly payment last year following its separation from Wyndham Worldwide (now Wyndham Destinations).
The next dividend is payable March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019. A new annual rate of $1.16 per share yields 2.2% at the current stock price.
