Arconic cuts dividend by 66.7%

Arconic Inc. (ARNC), formerly known as Alcoa (AA), will again lower its dividend. This time the quarterly dividend is cut by 66.7 percent from $0.08 to $0.02 per share. This comes after a 33.3 percent dividend cut just two years ago by the aluminium products maker.

The next dividend is payable on May 25, 2019, to the holders of record of the Common Stock at the close of business on May 3, 2019. A new annual rate of 8 cents per share yields 0.4% at a stock price of $18.95.

Arconic Inc. is a manufacturer of aluminum, titanium, and nickel used in aerospace, automotive, commercial transportation, packaging, building and construction, oil and gas, defense, consumer electronics, and industrial applications.
