Dividend Aristocrat Colgate-Palmolive (CL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 2.4 percent to $0.43 per share in the first quarter of 2019. Last year the consumer products company hiked its dividend from 40 cents to 42 cents per share quarterly.
The increased dividend be paid on May 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of April 19, 2019. On an annualized basis, the new dividend rate is $1.72 versus $1.68 per share previously. This translates into an estimated yield of 2.6% at Thursday's closing price of $66.25.
