Cousins Properties (CUZ) will raise its quarterly dividend by 11.5 percent to $0.0725 per share in 2019. This follows last year's 8.3 percent dividend increase by the REIT.

The next dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019, to common shareholders of record on April 3, 2019.  The $0.0725 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.29 per share on an annualized basis and yields 2.6% at a stock price of $9.88.
