RLI Corp. (RLI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.5 percent to $0.23 per share in 2019. This marks the 44th consecutive year of dividend increases for the specialty insurer. In Q4 RLI also paid a $1.00 per share special dividend.
The dividend is payable on June 20, 2019, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2019. The new annual dividend rate of 92 cents per share yields 1.1% at a stock price of $83.
