Quaker Chemical (KWR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.1 percent to $0.385 per share in 2019. Last year the chemical specialties company raised its dividend by 1.5 cents to 37 cents quarterly.

The next dividend is payable on July 31, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 17, 2019. A new annual rate of $1.54 per share yields 0.7% at a stock price of $208.31.

Our strong cash flow generation and our confidence in the future earnings of the Company allow us to continue our consistent dividend payout and support this increase, while striking a balance with the expected future demands on cash from our Houghton combination.
