The RMR Group Inc. (RMR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 8.6 percent to $0.38 per share in 2019. This follows a 40.0 percent increase last year and will mark the second consecutive year of higher dividends paid by the holding company.

The next distribution will be paid to RMR’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 28, 2019 and distributed on or about November 14, 2019. A new annual rate of $1.52 per share yields 3.4% at a stock price of $44.68.

The RMR Group Inc. is a holding company, and substantially all of its business is conducted by its majority-owned subsidiary, The RMR Group LLC. The RMR Group LLC is an alternative asset management company that primarily provides management services to publicly traded REITs and real estate operating companies.
