Global Water Resources hikes dividend by 1%

Global Water Resources (GWRS) will raise its monthly dividend by 1.0 percent to $0.0241 per share. This matches last year's dividend hike of exactly 1.0 percent.

GWRS will pay three monthly cash dividends of $0.0241 per common share. The first dividend at the new monthly rate will be paid on December 30, 2019 to holders of record on December 16, 2019. A new annual rate of almost 29 cents yields 2.4% at a stock price of $12.30.

Global Water Resources is a comprehensive water resource management company based in Phoenix, Arizona. It manages the entire water cycle by owning and operating water, wastewater and recycled water utilities.
