D.R. Horton hikes dividend by 16.7%

D.R. Horton (DHI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 16.7 percent to $0.175 per share in 2019. This marks the homebuilding company's 5th consecutive year of dividend increases.

The next dividend is payable on December 11, 2019 to stockholders of record on November 27, 2019. A new annual rate of 70 cents per share yields 1.3% at a stock price of $53.50.
