Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. (BRMK) will start paying a monthly dividend of $0.08 per share. The first payment of 12 cents is based on the period from November 15, 2019 (the day following the closing of the business combination with Trinity Merger Corp.) through December 31, 2019.

The first ever dividend of $0.12 per share will be payable on January 15, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2019.
