Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (HST) will pay a $0.05 per share special dividend. This special dividend will be paid together with the regular quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. The REIT also paid 5 cent per share special dividends in 2018, 2017 and 2016.

The dividend is payable on January 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2019. The regular dividend of 80 cents annually yields 4.4% at a stock price of $18.34.
