Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) will raise its quarterly dividend by 11.8 percent to a split adjusted $0.3425 per share in the first quarter of 2020. The real estate investment trust has now increased its dividend 16 consecutive years.

The next dividend will be paid on April 10, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2020. A new annualized rate of $1.37 per share yields 1.8% at a stock price of $75.24.
