Cabot Microelectronics hikes dividend by 4.8%

Cabot Micro (CCMP) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to $0.44 per share in 2020. Last year the semiconductor industry supplier hiked its dividend by 5.0 percent.

The next dividend will be payable on or about April 24, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 2020. The new annual rate of $1.76 per share yields 1.2% at a stock price of $145 for CCMP.
