Eaton Vance (EV) will pay a special dividend of $4.25 per share in 2020. The company did not announce a dividend hike yet in 2020. Last year EV raised its quarterly dividend by 7.1 percent to $0.375 per share, at the time marking the 39th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by the company.

The special dividend is December 18, 2020, to shareholders of record on December 4, 2020. The regular annual dividend rate rate of $1.50 per share yields 2.2% at a stock price of $68.62.
