The acquisition of Perspecta (PRSP) by Peraton Corp, a unit of Veritas Capital Fund Management LLC, for $4.726 billion or $29.35 per share in cash has been completed ending the stock market listing of Perspecta.

Perspecta had raised its dividend by double digits in both 2020 and 2019. The company initiated a dividend in 2018.

Perspecta Inc. provides end-to-end information technology services and mission solutions to government customers. The Company serves intelligence, defense, space, federal civilian, federal healthcare and state and local governments. It provides various solutions in mission services, digital transformation and enterprise operations. Perspecta initiated a quarterly dividend in 2018 following the separation from DXC Technology earlier that year.
