W.R. Berkley (WRB) will raise its quarterly dividend by 8.3 percent to $0.13 per share in 2021. This marks the 20th consecutive year of dividend increases. WRB will also pay a special dividend of $0.50 per share.
Both dividends will be paid on July 6, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 25, 2021. A regular annual dividend rate of 52 cents per share yields 0.7% at a stock price of $75.
