This marks 13 consecutive years of increased dividends by CBOE. The new dividend yield is 1.5% at a stock price of $150.

The third-quarter 2023 dividend is payable on September 15, 2023, to stockholders of record as of August 31, 2023. In 2022 CBOE hiked the dividend by 4.2%.
