Ventas hikes dividend by 9%

REIT Ventas (VTR) will raise it's quarterly dividend to $0.79 per share.

It's the fifth consecutive year of dividend increases for Ventas. In 2013 the Real Estate Investment Trust hiked it's dividend by 16.9%.
