First Industrial Realty hikes dividend by 24.4%

First Industrial Realty Trust (FR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 24.4 percent to $0.1275 per share. This follows a 20.6 percent dividend hike last year. FR reinstated a quarterly dividend in 2013.
