LTC Properties hikes dividend by 5.6%

LTC Properties (LTC) will raise the monthly dividend to $0.19 per share. The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.190 per common share per month for the months of October, November and December 2016, payable on October 31, November 30 and December 30, 2016, respectively, to stockholders of record on October 21, November 22 and December 22, 2016, respectively.

Health Care REIT LTC Properties invests in seniors housing and health care properties primarily through sale-leaseback transactions, mortgage financing and structured finance solutions including mezzanine lending.

The current dividend yield is 4.7%.
