EPR Properties (EPR) will raise its monthly dividend by 6.3 percent to $0.34 per share in 2017.

The dividend of $0.34 per common share is payable February 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2017 and marks the seventh consecutive year with an annual dividend increase.
