Sotherly Hotels (SOHO) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.2 percent to $0.125 per share in the second quarter of 2018. This follows a 15.8 percent dividend hike by the lodging REIT in 2017.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on October 11, 2018 to shareholders of record as of September 14, 2018. The common dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 7.2 percent based on the closing price of the Company’s common shares on July 20, 2018.
